In Which Shenner Foils an Assassination and Gains New Houses
This, I think, is the first Shenner session where I had major new action with content out of the Anniversary Edition. So given that unlike most of Skyrim, this is actually dealing with new content, be mindful of that if you care about spoilers and think you might actually want to play the AE at some point!
Non-spoiler summary: foiled an assassination attempt on the Jarl of Whiterun and got a very tasty new bow for my trouble. And picked up a new house after answering the challenge sent me by its owner!

In Which Faanshi Finds an Orb and Delivers a Fugitive to Justice
Main two actions in this session, which was played on Monday the 23rd: finishing the Saarthal portion of the mage college plotline, and moving that along to the point of needing to recover the stolen books; and, finishing the In My Time of Need plot, siding this time through with Kematu!

In Which Shenner Visits the Greybeards and Acquires Silver Armor
This session on PC was a mix of familiar stuff and new stuff. On the familiar side, we have visiting High Hrothgar for the first time, running Shroud Hearth Barrow, and moving the quest In My Time of Need further along by talking to Saadia. On the unfamiliar side, we have the quest to acquire a suit of Silver Armor!
Also, I have commentary behind the cut about my current mod list (it’s short), and my current FPS performance.

In Which Shenner Goes to High Hrothgar
Not much in the way of new action in this session, mostly because doinking around with mods and seeing if I could improve my frame rate performance on my ancient PC took up most of the time. But I did clear Silent Moons Camp, have a look at one of the new homes in the Anniversary Edition, and make it to High Hrothgar!

In Which Shenner is Revealed as the Dragonborn
This session got Shenner the Nord into the real start of the Skyrim plotline, i.e., the killing of her first dragon at the watchtower! But also, it saw my successful installation of the Anniversary Edition of Skyrim on my ancient PC. <3

In Which Faanshi Retreats and Bails to Riften
Faanshi’s latest session, played yesterday (Friday 5/20), had two major items of note: I had to retreat from Volunruud because I could not take down the boss Kvenel for the life of me. And after doing that, I sent Lydia home to Breezehome so I could head off to Riften and follow up on Brynjolf’s little marketplace shenanigans proposal!
By which I mean, “Khajiit will join your Thieves Guild, and thinks you will find that she is very, very good at it.”

In Which Faanshi Recovers a Lute and a Drum
This session basically finished up the Bard’s College quests, so that I could get the rest of the skill bumps off of those.
-
In Which Faanshi Acquires Dawnbreaker and Returns a Dog to His Master
In keeping with the tradition set up by previous playthroughs, I ran A Daedra’s Best Friend pretty much simultaneously with The Break of Dawn in this session–which let me, yet again, have the Daedra dog Barbas on hand to help me run Kilkreath and get Dawnbreaker. I continue to have no fucks to give about either the Rueful Axe or the Masque of Clavicus Vile, but oh boy howdy do I have fucks to give about Dawnbreaker! And Barbas continues to be helpful in getting it.

In Which Faanshi Becomes Thane of Falkreath and Hunts for Hircine
This was a big, busy session! Major action here: becoming thane of Falkreath, clearing Embershard Mine, running the Ill Met By Moonlight plot (Hircine’s Daedric quest), and buying Breezehome in Whiterun!
-
In Which Faanshi Hunts Bandits and Draugr
This session had two overall objectives: clearing Silent Moons Camp for the bounty on the bandit leader, and then clearing Shroud Hearth Barrow! Plus, I got onto the radar of the Jarl of Falkreath, and greatly increased my arsenal of available spells.
