This is the page for my first official Fallout 3 playthrough, for the character Kimberly of Vault 101.

I began this playthrough in May 2024. As with my all of my current playthroughs, Kimberly’s run will be primarily on the Steam Deck. Action on my Win11 VM may also be included if I confirm I can run the game that way as well.

Kimberly is named after my maternal aunt Kim. <3

My main goal with this playthrough is to learn the game. I’d always been interested in playing it, but up until recently it wasn’t a priority given my affection for the Elder Scrolls games! But with the release of the Fallout TV show, my household got interested in playing the games again. So I finally woke up the purchased game waiting for me on my Steam Deck.

I do not plan to document this playthrough to the same level of detail that I do my Elder Scrolls playthroughs; I won’t keep an in-depth play by play diary. But I will post commentary and screenshots!
