In Which Delga Rescues a Vampire and Searches for a Moth Priest
Primary goal of this session was moving the Dawnguard plot further along, from the point where I rescue Serana to the point where she and I are looking for the Moth Priest.
With a side helping of killing a whole bunch of dragons, getting issues with the Standing Stones sorted, and selling and stashing stuff in Whiterun!
(This post is going up on Thursday 12/23, but this is actually for the play session done on Tuesday 12/21.)

In Which Delga Slays Dragon Priests and Makes No Friends Among the Thalmor
This session‘s preliminary action was visiting Ragnvald, to fight the dragon priest there and get its Shout word, and doing the same at Shearpoint because I wanted that Throw Voice Shout!
Main action saw me return to the main plot for a little while, because I decided it was high time that I go pay a call on the Thalmor Embassy! Proceeded through the recovery of Esbern from Riften, and getting Delphine and Esbern setting out for Sky Haven Temple.

In Which Delga Regains the Rift for the Empire
I’m posting this on Sunday, but this is actually for the play session I did on Friday night. I didn’t play last night, because I was trying to charge through fixing all of my screenshot galleries so I could resume adding galleries to new posts.
And this one is another step forward in the Imperial side of the civil war plotline, wherein I help the Empire regain the Rift.

In Which Delga Acquires Lakeview Manor and Slays a Silver Hand Leader
Finally got Lakeview Manor started, setting up my third official home in this run and the first of the buildable ones! And also moved the Companions plotline a little further along, by assassinating a Silver Hand leader by the order of Aela the Huntress.
Plus, a side helping of bandit bounty, and as always, lots and lots and lots of smithing!

In Which Delga Becomes Thane of Riften
High amount of things accomplished this session! Got Nettlebane and brought Danica Pure-Spring a sapling of Eldergleam. Cleared Ustengrav, and discovered some mysterious party had made off with the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller (ohnoez WHO COULD IT BE). Got Noster One-Eye in Solitude his missing helmet. Got enough ingredients to go finish up Balimund’s quest and a bonus, enough ice wraith teeth for Marise. So I was able to eventually buy Honeyside, and become Thane of Riften!
I started the Bards College quest, just to get the skill bumps off of that. And parked myself at Forsaken Cave to do the White Phial retrieval.

The Saga of Delga Begins
Herein begins the third of my Skyrim playthroughs, featuring the orc warrior Delga! My main goals with her are to play a couple of aspects of the game I haven’t pursued yet as either Alarrah or Merawen, namely:
- Joining the Companions
- Playing the Imperial side of the war
So let’s get down to it, shall we?

In Which Merawen Gets Final Restoration Training
Yet another “general adventuring and crafting” type session, but featuring doing the Restoration Ritual Quest, and doing quite a bit of treasure hunting.
-
In Which Merawen Aids a Treasure-Seeker and the Largashbur Orc Stronghold
This was a big crunchy session, with three main overall things I did: running the Angarvunde dungeon, doing the Cursed Tribe Daedric quest, and finally properly clearing Arcwind Point.
Killed not one, not two, but three Revered Dragons. Fortunately not all at once. And now I have a very, very large hammer. As well as an increased appreciation for using magic both offensively and defensively!

In Which Merawen Does a Circuit Around Skyrim
Low-key session for the most part, mostly with the goal of satisfying the Briarheart Necropsy quest. And what I had time for aside from that was basically hitting all my houses and doing a loot check, and selling things in various places, before finally returning to Solstheim.

In Which Merawen Builds Heljarchen Hall and Gains a New Steward
This was a fairly low-key session for the most part, as most of it went towards just working on building Heljarchen Hall, or acquiring stashes of building materials elsewhere to bring there. Plus, a side helping of dragon fighting, and discovering previously undiscovered locations, including a section of the map I hadn’t ever seen before as Alarrah, either!
