In Which Merawen Acquires Mehrunes’ Razor and the Crown of Barenziah
Two main overall themes here: getting Mehrunes’ Razor, and finishing off the Pieces of the Past quest—and getting the rest of the Stones of Barenziah, and the Crown to put them in, to finish out No Stone Unturned.
Come for the larceny, stay for the Ancient Dragon fighting action!

In Which Merawen Seeks More Stones of Barenziah and the Pieces of Mehrunes’ Razor
This session was all about getting the remaining Stones of Barenziah, pretty much. And by extension, I wound up triggering the quest to get the Daedric artifact Mehrunes’ Razor, just because that gives me a convenient way to go to one of the remaining locales for the Stones! Plus, it was a quest I hadn’t done before.
Screencaps are back for this post!

In Which Merawen Goes to Arkngthamz
Short session because this was a Sunday, and Sundays by definition tend to leave me less time to play Skyrim. So I had time enough for only one goal in this session, and that goal was one I’d already done as Alarrah: clearing the Arkngthamz Dwemer ruin and beginning the Lost to the Ages quest.

In Which Merawen Seeks Stones of Barenziah and Kills Dragons
After yesterday’s big exciting post, this one is rather more low-key. In this session I mostly just focused on taking care of some pending side work, with the main goals being “get the remaining Stones of Barenziah” and “clear a few things off the Miscellaneous section of my journal quests”.

In Which Merawen Becomes an Agent of Nocturnal and Guild Master of the Thieves Guild
A very eventful session! As hoped, I was able to finish off the main Thieves Guild quest line–which resulted in my becoming not only an Agent of Nocturnal, but also the Guild Master of the Thieves Guild. \0/

In Which Merawen Becomes Thane of the Reach and Gains Markarth for the Guild
This session was pretty much all about Markarth—becoming thane for the current Jarl, and also gaining a foothold in the city for the Guild.
Also, got my Smithing up to 100 and was able to unlock Dragon Smithing, finally! \0/

In Which Merawen Goes Questing in the Reach
A bit of a break from thievery this session, as I went to go do some questing in the Reach—with an eye towards working my way over to the special Thieves Guild job in Markarth. And, a side helping of running a new-to-me quest to recruit an NPC to be my steward at Lakeview!

In Which Merawen Finds the White Phial, and Thieves Her Way Through Riften and Markarth
This session was all about the thievery, but with a side helping of doing the first part of the White Phial quest. I’ve finally done all the necessary side jobs in Markarth to trigger that city’s special Thieves Guild quest!
And I found a second item of the dragonscale armor set. \0/

In Which Merawen Gains Solitude for the Guild and Saves Esbern from the Thalmor
This session’s primary highlights were opening up Solitude for the Thieves Guild, after running the Dainty Sload plot—and then saving Esbern from the Thalmor, as I finally returned to the main plot and moved that along some more. I’m about to hit level 46, so it’s a good time to go get Dragonbane at Alduin’s Wall!

In Which Merawen Commits Thievery But Also Buys the Land for Lakeview Manor
This session was all about the Thieves Guild action, as my light-fingered Dragonborn pulled off thievery action in Whiterun, Solitude, and Riften—and treaded very carefully when asked to steal a horse from the family lodge of none other than Maven Black-Briar.
