Blade and Blunt INI file tweak for Tuxborn

This is the one fix I do that Omni and Ouro do support, so this one’s not a Rule 11. I add the following line to BladeAndBlunt.ini in the Tuxborn – Settings section of the file structure:

bEnableSneakStaminaCost = false

You can edit this file directly in MO2, or otherwise edit it outside of MO2 in the following path:

/mods/Tuxborn - Settings/SKSE/Plugins/BladeAndBlunt.ini
