In Which Marwyth Goes to Summerset
Now swinging back around to Marwyth in my ESO runs, and the first of her action in February of this year. This post technically covers the first full week of February, but there were only two actual sessions of action in that week, so I’m counting this as two sessions.
Jumped around through various plots: launching Marwyth’s turn with the Summerset plot, helping Mirri find her mother, moving the main questline along, doing some side questing in Clockwork City, and launching the Psijic Order quest with the Augur of the Obscure.

In Which Marwyth Saves Sotha Sil and Clockwork City
More catchup for Marwyth’s playthrough on ESO, from mid-January. Main action here: finishing off the Clockwork City plotline! That was fun!

In Which Gyllerah is Named the Champion of Anequina
This post is what, four months late? Fpbptpt, I am super behind still on getting these playthrough posts written up! But regardless, here’s one for Gyllerah from back in mid-January, featuring finishing up the plot for Northern Elsweyr. And a heaping side helping of delves and public dungeons and dailies and companion quest action!

In Which Marwyth Quests through Eastmarch and Aids a Guild Compatriot
First catchup post for Marwyth’s action on ESO, dating from the first week in January. Main action here: continuing the Mages Guild plotline, and also the Ebonheart Pact plotline in Eastmarch; helping Walks-Softly of the Thieves Guild with an issue from his past; and trying out my first Thieves Guild heist.

In Which Gyllerah Meets Mirri and Vastarie, and Acquires a Dragonhorn
Finally getting down to the end of my backlogged 2023 posts! Here’s the very last one I’ll be putting up for Gyllerah on ESO, before I start getting into Gyllerah’s action in 2024.
As per several previous recent ESO posts, I’m only counting “sessions” as play days where I do so something above and beyond crafting or fishing. Any day in this post not explicitly described, you may assume I logged in and did basic crafting, writs, fishing, etc.
Main highlights of this post’s action: running the Gloomreach delve in the Reach and adventuring down into Blackreach; running the quest to pick up Mirri as my second official ESO Companion; meeting Vastarie the necromancer; and pushing the quest further along in Northern Elsweyr.

In Which Marywth Returns to Shadowfen and Vvardenfell
First time I’ve run Marwyth in a while, but now that I’m coming out of hiatus, I wanted to lead with her on my ESO posts! So here’s a new drop of adventuring with my ex-Ashlander Dunmer, featuring some action in Shadowfen to move the Ebonheart Pact plot along, and then some action on Vvardenfell!
As a general reminder, I’m only going to count play days where I do actual adventuring to Gyllerah’s and Marwyth’s playthroughs. Just to relieve myself of having to write about dozens of days where I just log on and run writs. 😉

In Which Gyllerah Solves a Staff Problem for the Psijic Order
Back to Gyllerah on ESO! Pretty short post, with the primary action here being finishing off the Psijic Order plotline, finally.
-
In Which Marwyth Saves Sai Sahan and Selfora
Another drop of sessions involving my ESO alt Marwyth! Main action featured in this post: saving Sai Sahan as part of the main plot; infilitrating No Shira Citadel as part of the Thieves Guild plot; saving the town of Selfora as part of the main quest in Deshaan; and helping the Argonians of Silent Mire fight off attacking slaver pirates.

In Which Gyllerah Saves the Oracles of Azura and Hunts a Demon Weapon
Swinging back around to getting caught up on Gyllerah’s action in ESO. This set of sessions is mostly all about running prologue plots–specifically, finishing up the Azura oracles plot that acts as the prologue to Morrowind, and the Demon Weapon plot that acts as the prologue to Northern Elsweyr.

In Which Marwyth Saves Stonefalls and Fights a Plague in Deshaan
I’m seriously behind on my ESO playthrough posts. But before I get into this one, I want to call out the recent news about a Zenimax employee, Leona Faren, having been basically railroaded into resigning after months of abuse by a transphobic manager. I am seriously pissed off about this, as I wrote in the other post.
For the time being, I am not bailing on the Elder Scrolls games I already own; they’re too important to me as a means of maintaining my mental well-being until my household can finally abandon our COVID precautions. We are not to that point yet, and we don’t know when we will be.
But I will not be giving ESO any further money, and I will also not be buying Starfield. And I’ll be monitoring the situation to see how it proceeds. Also, I will totally understand if anybody who’s been following this blog’s posts until now is even more pissed off at Zenimax than I am right now and needs to stand down from following my playthroughs.
Right? Right. So let’s talk about what Marwyth did from 6/13 to 6/19.
