In Which Shenner is Revealed as the Dragonborn
This session got Shenner the Nord into the real start of the Skyrim plotline, i.e., the killing of her first dragon at the watchtower! But also, it saw my successful installation of the Anniversary Edition of Skyrim on my ancient PC. <3

In Which Ysani Takes Vorstag to the Blades and the Fight to Alduin
Back to a single session post this time, but one that packs a lot into it. Because I got Vorstag inducted into the Blades–and then returned to the main plot, having round one of the fight with Alduin and then proceeding to set up the peace conference at High Hrothgar!

In Which Ysani Obliterates Northwatch Keep and Brings Jenassa to the Blades
This post covers play done on Tuesday 5/3 and Wednesday 5/4. Main action: taking Jenassa on a trip to free Thorald Gray-Mane from Northwatch Keep, and then taking her to be a recruit for the Blades. Side action: general adventuring, including running Shalidor’s Maze and slaying the dragon at Eldersblood Peak.

In Which Ysani Retrieves Grimsever for Mjoll the Lioness
In this post, I’m covering play done on Sunday 5/1 and Monday 5/2. Main action here: finishing a run through all my various places, selling off a bunch of loot brought home from Solstheim. Then commencing an effort to find recruits for the Blades—and at the same time, see about rescuing Thorald Gray-Mane from the Thalmor!

In Which Ysani Quests Through Benkongerike, Kolbjorn Barrow, and All of Skyrim
Another double session, covering play done on Saturday 4/23 and Sunday 4/24. Main action: running Benkongerike (and picking up the Black Market power!), running phase three of Kolbjorn Barrow, then doing a grand tour of Skyrim to a) do a loot selling run, and b) work my way over to Lost Valley Redoubt so I could inspect a briarheart for Neloth.

In Which Ysani Discovers the Oghma Infinium and Heads to Solstheim
This is another double session, this time covering play done on Monday 4/11 and Tuesday 4/12.
Main action here was moving the Discerning the Transmundane plot along and finding the Oghma Infinium, and oops welp Septimus sure did disintegrate, and now I have a Daedra calling me his champion? Yay?
The rest of the action here was all about prepping for my Solstheim run with this character, including improving Volendrung so I could hand it over to Argis.

In Which Ysani Quests for the Temple of Mara
Another double session post, covering play done on Thursday 4/7 and Friday 4/8. Main action for this was doing a couple of minor quests I hadn’t ever done before, both of which were for the Temple of Mara in Riften: The Book of Love, and Spread the Love.
And after that rather romantic break, I swung back around to more typical Skyrim action–finding another schematic for Sorine, and then returning to Septimus to begin the next phase of Discerning the Transmundane.

In Which Ysani Acquires Volendrung
I hadn’t actively planned to go after Volendrung this run, but it kind of worked out that way! So this session turned out to be all about getting the gigantic hammer, which I’ll likely hand off to Argis once I have it improved to my satisfaction.
Also, this post is going up a little late. It’s the post for play done on Sunday 4/3.
-
In Which Ysani Slays Lord Harkon at Castle Volkihar
This post is for play done on the night of Friday 4/1! Main action here was the attack on Castle Volkihar, wherein the Dawnguard slew Lord Harkon. Like they do. And with a refreshing after-dinner mint of getting Valerica out of the Soul Cairn!

In Which Ysani Begins the Hunt for Auriel’s Bow
This is a double session post again, covering play from Monday 3/28 and Tuesday 3/29. Main action: going to Ancestor Glade, and from there to Darkfall Cave to begin the hunt for Auriel’s Bow!
