Two major highlights of this session: Shenner achieved the thaneship of the Reach, and then busted up a Daedric cult in Dawnstar!

In Which Shenner Faces An Awkward Situation
This was mostly a pretty low-key session, with a bunch of building, moving stuff around, and following up on Fishing-related quests.
But I also did some followup on the directive from the Jarl of Markarth to go kill a Forsworn leader. The awkward part of this: the leader in question was in Druadach Redoubt, lair of the Forsworn I just helped escape from Cidhna Mine. Awkward.

In Which Shenner Thwarts a Conspiracy and Battles a Giant Spirit Crab
This session saw my running the last couple of quests on Viriya’s branch of the Fishing content! Which sent me boinging between Bronze Water Cave, Alftand Ruined Tower, and Markarth–and then off to Dawnstar, for round two of the invasion of the frenzied mudcrabs! Meanwhile, since I was in Markarth anyway, I ran the Forsworn Conspiracy.
Also, did a little unexpected activity that started the Brothers in Irons quest, one of the few remaining Alternative Armors quests I haven’t done yet!

In Which Shenner Acquires Azura’s Star and a Daughter
Y’know how I said at the tail end of Shenner’s last post that I was probably going to do something either in the Reach in general or Markarth in particular? Looks like the winds of whim dictated otherwise, because what I wound up doing instead was running the Blessings of Nature and Black Star plots, both of which are familiar territory, but which I had yet to do with this alt. Also did some fishing–and adopted Lucia from Whiterun as my first adopted child!

In Which Shenner Acquires the Gauldur Amulet and the Gray Cowl
Lower-key session for Shenner this time, which is the followup I wanted after the adventure of opening an Oblivion Gate and going to the Deadlands! I did the final parts of the Gauldur Amulet quest, and also finished off the quest to acquire the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal.

In Which Shenner Visits Alduin’s Wall
This was another session in which I did way more than I could easily fit in the post’s title! Lots of fishing challenges pursued here, but also going to Karthspire for Alduin’s Wall and the resolution of the Crypt of the Heart quest, so now I have Ebony Spell Knight armor! Plus, I may not be playing an official thief with this character–but I did move the Gray Cowl plot a little further along, and amused myself with breaking into Erikur’s house in Solitude. And more even beyond that, but those are the main highlights!
Alduin’s Wall, though, gets the title lead since it’s main plot stuff.

In Which Shenner Acquires Mehrunes’ Razor
Very eventful session! Mostly all about acquiring the pieces of Mehrunes’ Razor and then assembling it, but also with a side helping of the beginning of the Crypt of the Heart quest, which will lead me to get Ebony Spell Knight armor!
Also, I unlocked Daedric and Dragon Smithing! \0/

In Which Faanshi Goes on a Crime Spree
Mostly, this session was all about running jobs to improve the reputation of the Thieves Guild! I re-established the Guild in both Whiterun and Markarth, got a couple of merchants willing to come sell to the Guild, and got a new fence recruited to move merchandise along.

In Which Faanshi Discovers Guildmaster Treachery and Becomes Thane of the Reach
Ran Snow Veil Sanctum in this session, which got me to the big dramatic cutscene between Karliah and Mercer “Murderous Lying Bastard” Frey! And in the meantime, I also started Katria’s plot, bought Vlindrel Hall, and became Thane of the Reach.

In Which Faanshi Becomes Arch-Mage of the College of Winterhold
Highly eventful session with Faanshi, as I resolved the College of Winterhold plot (hurray! I’m the Arch-Mage), but also made significant progress on the Thieves Guild plotline. 😀
