Here are my screenshots for the playthrough for Gyllerah of the Altmer, in Elder Scrolls Online! I cannot paginate these, so apologies for the length of this album list.
Blackwood Scenery 1
First of three scenery shots in Blackwood. I really liked the willow trees I saw. And the overall feel of the place reminded me of rural Kentucky.
Blackwood Scenery 2
Second of three scenery shots in Blackwood. I appreciated the sunlight through the branches of this tree.
Blackwood Scenery 3
Third of three scenery shots in Blackwood. Another sunlight through tree branches shot.
And In Other News, Water is Wet
Though if this lady told me that, I'd be doubting that , too.
Not the Slightest Bit Foreshadowy or Anything
Nobody in this plot not named Leythen is the slightest bit shocked that the Court of Bedlam earls might actually work at cross purposes. Gosh, wonder if the Princes themselves might actually follow suit?
What Oriandra and I Were Thinking
Do you have any other experts in ancient languages around here? Or do you know any others anywhere in Tamriel I can go talk to? No? Okay then, howsabout you cut Oriandra some slack?
Darien's Strange Question
How exactly Gyllerah responded to this question is rather more involved than the game dialogue allows for, I think. See the post that contains this gallery for that! Also not shown, either in post or in gallery, the part of Gyllerah going 'seriously, dude, I think I should remember if I'd seen those shoulders before.'
What Could Possibly Go Wrong?
A portal into a Daedric realm? Again? Nah, this doesn't have disaster written all over--ahem, I mean, yes, I'm ready!
Ready to Enter the Portal
And he does look rather impressive in the armor!
Maybe You Should Remember a Little Harder?
Seriously, as a fellow member of the Fucked Up Memories club, trust me when I say: we need more than this out of you , sir.
Commandeering Dawnbreaker
I was too distracted by the OH SHIT of it at the time to get a shot of Nocturnal vaporizing Iachesis, but here's the next best thing: her commandeering Dawnbreaker. Because yikes .
Sotha Sil is Not Amused
And apparently also not omnipotent, if he doesn't already know what's going on...?
Valsirenn Showing Some Sense
Are you sure you don't want me to kill your husband for you? Or at least rough him up some?
This is Incredibly Bad
Yeaaaaah, pretty damned sure the tower's not supposed to do that. And the bit of moon in the background just makes it look even creepier.
Wait, When Did This Become MY Plan?
Raz, old son, you do realize I am not the only architect of this plan, right? Just checking.
This Guy Does Have a Way With a Word
Hee hee 'takes the moon-sugar cake' hee. Also, dammit Raz, now I want cake.
I See What You Did There, Game
That's quite the observation coming from a guy whose species explicitly includes four-legged forms!
Barbas Not Being a Good Doggo
Ah, so apparently Barbas not only has a different dog form in this point in time, he's also rather more of an asshole than when we see him later in Skyrim!
Clavicus Vile
Y'know, just putting this out there, but maybe murdering your followers just for the sake of possessing one so you can talk to me is not the best way to open a conversation.
A Very Badly Named Box
I see ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with opening a safebox called Fields of Regret!
GODDAMMIT DARIEN DON'T MAKE ME SMACK YOU
I don't care how pretty your shoulders are. You wanna see how fast you can travel through time? Talk NOW, golden boy, or I'm going to kick your ass straight into next week.
Leythen Being Surprisingly Reasonable
Also surprisingly concerned about the safety of the followers of the Daedric Prince of murder . But I still don't like you, pal. One wrong move and I will totally beat you up for Valsirenn's sake.
Gloam Spewer
Nocturnal turning the daedra in this place into shadow forms of their previous selves did not make the yaghra any less of a problem, that's for sure.
Very Strange Ideas of Beauty
Given what Gyllerah witnessed back in the Evergloam, that just makes Tundilwen's devotion to her mistress--and her mistress's plans to rewrite reality--even more unnerving.
Summoning Mephala
Leythen summons Mephala, who is apparently pissy enough about Nocturnal turning against her and Vile that she's willing to give us a maybe about helping us. The Daedric Prince of Murder has agreed to help us. Yay?
I Have Good News and Bad--Well, Actually, It's All Bad
Are you sure you don't want me to rough up Leythen a little for you? I can, y'know!
