Harrowhark Screenshots Here are my screenshots for the playthrough for Harrowhark of the Imperials! I cannot paginate these, so apologies for the length of this album list. « back to albumHarrowhark Session 8 Just Outside WhiterunTook this for no other reason than I just thought it was very pretty, and gives a good example of what the area just outside Whiterun looks like with this set of mods I'm running. This is right in the area between where you come out the Whiterun inner gate, and just before the outer one, past which the Khajiit make their camp when they're on site.LovebirdsI don't know if this is a thing that can happen in vanilla Skyrim or if it's added in by Immersive Citizens improving people's ability to move around--but I saw Jon Battle-Born and Olfina Gray-Mane sitting together out here on the rocks, and I thought that was just kind of adorable. Lydia singing at the time, along with Vilja, just made it more adorable. <3LakeshoreA nice shot of the shore of Lake Ilinalta, while Lyds and Vilja and I were on our way to Falkreath. (I only just noticed, while building this gallery, the bag icon up in the upper right corner. This must be a thing added by SkyUI? Reacting to me picking something up maybe?)Gate of FalkreathFalkreath looks just about as gloomy in this playthrough as it does in vanilla, but I think the banners here are different?LarethiaLarethia, a hirable Bosmer mercenary added by the Bosmer Armor mod. She appears to be borrowing Jenassa's voice and lines.Jarl Siddgeir and HousecarlSiddgeir is still an asshole, but now he's an asshole in a different outfit!Khajiit and WagonThis Khajiit was parked outside Falkreath. I think this is possibly the Khajiit who'd take me into the Moonpath to Elsweyr mod stuff? Will have to come back and follow up on this later. Interested by what armor that Khajiit might be wearing.Dragon Slaying CrowdHalf a dozen Falkreath guards, Khajiit caravaneer in the background, Vilja in the Leather Scout Armor I gave her, and Lucien in his original fine clothes, all reacting to the now dead dragon just outside Falkreath.Council at the Map TableFound the Jarl in this side room at the map table, presumably discussing the progress of the war with his housecarl and the Imperial officer. I reported back in to him about the bandits at Bannermist Tower here.Telling Me About HimselfLucien gives me a little bit of his backstory.Lucien Exhibiting Some Unwise Chatter DecisionsTook this screencap less for the visual and more to catch Lucien's line. To which Harrow would doubtless have told him never to call her Thaney-pie again if he wants to live.Breezehome's BedroomBreezehome is not hugely changed with my load order, but I think I do actually like the different wall here, and how the more unified 'wood' look of the room makes it seem a bit tidier.Harrow in Green Robe and Grey CowlI think I actually like this look on her! And the Grey Cowl is, of course, not to be confused with the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal. 😀Living Room of BreezehomeThis part of Breezehome, also not hugely changed. But again, kind of digging the unifying look of the more wood-based walls.Ethereal Sky 1First of several ethereal sky shots because SO PRETTY.Ethereal Sky 2This one had a bit more color in it!Party of FiveSetting out from Whiterun for the Eldergleam Sanctuary, this time with Maurice leading the way. Not shown in this picture: Harrowhark and her fraying introvert nerves!Light Through the MistI liked this particular bit of misty light on the way through the woods towards the Eldergleam Sanctuary.Eastmarch 1The tundra hotsprings area of Eastmarch had a bit more forbidding a look with the set of mods I have active. This looks almost Gothic, really!Eastmarch 2Took this to try to capture the water jetting up in the middle of that pool. Pretty sure it does this in vanilla Skyrim, but something about the combo of mods I have running seemed like it made this more obvious! Or maybe I'm just paying attention to things harder just to see what I notice. 😀AnesiaThis is one of the NPCs added in or around Eldergleam Sanctuary, to send Vilja's quest further along. This is Anesia trying to encourage me to make a point of talking to Maurice to resolve the Eldergleam quest, and, meh. I appreciate the idea but it felt heavyhanded to me. (But I have ISSUES with the Eldergleam quest in general, as I've posted.)I am Literally Standing RIGHT HEREWhy didn't the mod have Anesia just tell ME 'Hey, I want to talk to Vilja alone for a little while, can you please go take this letter over to the pilgrim at Mixwater Mill?' Having Anesia ask Vilja to ask me this was just dumb.Roots of the EldergleamNot too hugely different in this modded playthrough, but perhaps a bit more sharply detailed. And of course, Lydia there on the right, in her silver armor, can't climb past the roots.Ethereal Sky 3This one just caught my breath with the pretty. <3Ethereal Sky 4More gorgeous sky!JelenaThe other NPC added in by the Vilja mod at this stage of the proceedings. I was rather dubious about Jelena just standing outside at the mill. If she's a pilgrim, WTF is she doing at the mill? Does she not have a camp? Why isn't she in the Sanctuary?Ethereal Sky 5One more sky shot! Okay now I'm done.Curious ViljaUh, so what part do you want to hear about? The part where I was nearly raped by a guy who I then stabbed? And then raised him from the dead so I could stab him AGAIN? Or the part where I got caught doing that and then arrested and send to Helgen? Or the part where the dragon damn near fried my ass while an Imperial officer helped me make a prison break?Road Back to WhiterunScenery shot, where I appreciated the tree shadows falling along the road. Combo of EVLaS and Noble Skyrim in play here, I think.View of WhiterunI really loved this view of Whiterun, from the vantage point of the road near White River Watch. Something about this color scheme reminded me hardcore of J.R.R. Tolkien's sketches that often get used for covers or illustrations of his books. I could TOTALLY see this on a book cover for a novel version of Skyrim's storyline.Healing the Sick and the WoundedDanica Pure-Spring, busy in the Temple of Kynareth doing the job Maurice was giving her shit about. I was pleased to catch her in the middle of throwing off this healing light.Harrow in Green Dress, Circlet, and Amulet of TalosI'm running the Armor and Clothing Extension mod, so all of the familiar outfits in the game have a somewhat different look in this playthrough. This is me trying on the altered version of the green dress commonly worn by female NPCs. I actually kind of like this on Harrow, even though I feel like it's a bit too femme for her to want to wear it often. This is also a rare look at what Harrow looks like without a helmet or hood on.Harrow in Belted/Common TunicThis is my load order's version of what gets called the Belted Tunic in vanilla Skyrim. I do not like this dress on Harrow.Harrow in Shrouded ArmorOh fuck yes. This I like, even given that the Shrouded Armor is by its very nature a Look At My Boobs kind of armor on a woman. The good news is, if you're a member of the Dark Brotherhood and somebody looks at you wrong for you wearing this armor, you are in a position to be able to stab them.Harrow in Fur ArmorPractical Female Armor makes it presence known here, because here's a fur armor cuirass that doesn't leave parts of Harrow's torso bared. I feel like this would be a much more immersive fur armor to wear if you're running Survival Mode.Harrow in Blue RobeHmm, I don't like the blue robe on her as much as I like the green. Possibly because the green's got some accents I think one of the mods is adding in, and this blue robe doesn't? Prev 1of36 Next
