In Which Kendis Goes Fishing and Forges an Aetherium Crown
Super-short Kendis playthrough post for Skyrim, just to get this cleared out of my queue. Main action is advancing the Fishing quest line, and finding the Aetherium Forge with Katria’s ghost.

In Which Kendis Confronts Alduin, Interrupts Necromancers, and Recovers a Shard
Wow, I am super behind on my playthrough posts. And I’ve been so heavily playing ESO lately that my Skyrim playthroughs have actually lagged! I’ve hit a point where ESO has become more interesting just because it’s got way more content I actually haven’t played yet.
But that said, here are the last three sessions I’ve done with Kendis on the Switch, the earliest of which was back in late May, and the last of which was last night.

In Which Kendis Slays Harkon and Does Side Quests
Main action in this post is finishing up Dawnguard, then also doing a bunch of side questing. And forgetting that if I’m going to do the quests to de-wolfify Vilkas and Farkas in the Companions, and I’m on a non-modded build, I have to do Farkas first. Oops.

In Which Harrowhark Meets Paarthurnax and Hunts for an Elder Scroll
And now, to swing back around to my ex-vampire in Skyrim! This is a multi-session post, just because I’m way behind on getting posts up in general. But also because most of this is familiar territory, and I didn’t have new to say to do all of these in fewer sessions per post.

In Which Kendis Joins the Dawnguard and Seeks Elder Scrolls
Main action in these sessions: getting started with Dawnguard, and in fact making serious inroads on the plot, getting all the way through running the Soul Cairn and getting Valerica’s Elder Scroll. And in between all of this, I kept bouncing back to Whiterun trying to spawn the Traveler. Which did in fact finally help me solve the problem with Carlotta and Mila being stuck!
Meanwhile, I also picked up the thaneship in Winterhold! For free, pretty much, since I’d already helped enough people and had put the new Jarl into power by way of winning the war.
And last but not least, I got onto the trail of finding the Dragon scroll, needed not only for Dawnguard, but for the main plot as well.

In Which Harrowhark Opens an Oblivion Gate
A lot of action in this one, with thievery action in both Solitude and Whiterun, the purchasing of Tundra Homestead, and last but not least, defeating the Mythic Dawn at Red Scar Cavern and venturing into the Deadlands through the Oblivion gate there.

In Which Kendis Slays a Cannibal, Acquires Mehrunes’ Razor, and Quests for Mara
Three session post, which has Kendis questing all over the damn place and working on a bunch of side quests. But I’ve also got a bunch of commentary here about glitches, because the last couple of Kendis sessions have been unusually buggy in my Skyrim experience–and given how buggy Skyrim has been for me during all my playthroughs, that’s saying something.

In Which Harrowhark Slays Mercer Frey and Is Cured of Vampirism
Three session post this time, with main action being running the rest of Irkngthand, returning the Skeleton Key to the Twilight Sepulcher, getting the Nerveshatter hammer, finishing the Arms of Chaos plot, and last but not least, being cured of vampirism!

In Which Kendis Visits Alduin’s Wall and Slays a Dragon Priest
Time to swing back around and get caught up on Kendis! Main action in this post: running the Forsworn Conspiracy plot; reaching Alduin’s Wall at Sky Haven Temple, and getting Dragonbane; running the Crypt of the Heart plot and getting the Spell Knight armor; getting Azura’s Star; and defeating the dragon priest Hevnoraak at Valthume.

In Which Harrowhark is Inducted as a Bard, Then Goes After Mercer Frey
Four session post, just because I’ve been more in a mood for Harrow than Kendis this week. And because I fell behind doing Harrow’s posts! Main action in this post is all about Harrow finishing off the Bards College plotline, and then returning to Thieves Guild action! Time to go after Mercer “Murderous Lying Bastard” Frey. 😀
