In Which Ysani Invests in Merchants and Slays Ildari Sarothril
This double session post covers play done on Monday 4/25 and Tuesday 4/26. Main action: a lot of investing in merchants when I unlocked the right perks in Speech! Finishing Kolbjorn Barrow! Confronting and slaying Neloth’s mad apprentice Ildari Sarothril! And committing to Team Rieklings, in the question of who needs to control Thirsk Mead Hall!
And as always, lots and lots of dragons, as well as rearranging perk points after setting a couple of things Legendary!

In Which Ysani Quests All Over Solstheim
This pair of sessions, for Thursday 4/21 and Friday 4/22, was basic adventuring all over Solstheim to take care of assorted side plots.

In Which Delga Discovers Riekling Worship and Slays a Frost Giant Ghost
Two main points of this session; running the cave at Frossel, which I hadn’t done before! Which let me discover rieklings actually worshipping a makeshift idol.
And also: taking out the ghost frost giant Karstaag! 😀

This was another of those “do side quests on Solstheim” type sessions, as I work on loose ends before finally taking on Miraak. With special guest appearance by Miraak himself!

In Which Delga Clears Highpoint Tower and White Ridge Barrow
What it says on the tin, really! This is the session where I ran Highpoint Tower and White Ridge Barrow as the primary locations.

In Which Delga Sees Bujold the Unworthy Earn Her Name
This session saw the end of the Retaking Thirsk plot–in which exactly zero things happened to make me regret refusing to let Bujold take over proper leadership of the Mead Hall. Meanwhile, I found Torkild the werebear, went up against multiple trolls and dragons, and helped Neloth figure out who was causing all his recent troubles.

In Which Delga Marries, Adopts Children, and Retakes Thirsk Mead Hall
This session turned out to be a bit more eventful than planned–in no small part because I finally went ahead and got married, and adopted two children! All because Neloth decided to order me to go look at a Briarheart for him, which in turned required leaving Solstheim again for a trip back to the mainland.
Who I married: Aela the Huntress! Who I adopted: Sofie and Lucia. Where I settled them: Lakeview Manor.

In Which Merawen Clears White Ridge Barrow and Discovers the Fate of Torkild
This session was a little shorter than I wanted, actually—because of discovering I had a bug with Kagrumez that prevented me from properly clearing that locale. But I did do White Ridge Barrow, and also finally found Torkild of the Skaal!

In Which Merawen Slays Vahlok the Jailor and Karstaag the Frost Giant
This session was basically all about resolving the Lost Legacy quest, in which you help the scholar Tharstan investigate Vahlok’s Tomb, and then going and taking out the formidable frost giant Karstaag.
And oh yeah, I guess the rieklings get to enlist me to help them keep Thirsk Mead Hall. You better be grateful for this, you little blue knuckleheads. 😉

In Which the Dragonborn Boings Between Solstheim and Markarth
This was another “range all over the place” session, and this time more literally than usual–because I had to go all the way to Markarth for a side quest to satisfy Neloth of Tel Mithryn.
But in addition to that, I also saved the blacksmith of the Skaal village, took over a tribe of rieklings, got Neloth a new steward, and also helped him start the hunt for whoever’s been sending ash spawn at his settlement.
