In Which Faanshi Becomes Thane of the Pale
This is a double session post, to cover everything done to let Faanshi become thane of the Pale: running the Waking Nightmare plot, killing the obligatory giant, running a couple of favor quests to get the full set for becoming thane, and buying the land for Heljarchen Hall. Also, I got a couple of favor quests at the mage college resolved, and began the search for the Elder Scroll by talking to Septimus at his outpost.

In Which Faanshi Interrupts a Summoning and Acquires Proudspire Manor
Kind of a low key session this time, because I only played for a couple of hours and didn’t have time to do much. Main highlights: finishing running Wolfskull Cave and interrupting the summoning of Potema, and then acquiring Proudspire Manor in Solitude.

In Which Faanshi Becomes Thane of Hjaalmarch and Gets the Wabbajack
Lower-tier action in this session, involving running the Laid to Rest plot in order to acquire the thaneship in Hjaalmarch, and then heading over to Solitude to begin working on the thaneship of Haafingar.

In Which Faanshi Forges the Gauldur Amulet and Aetherial Crown
A return to my Khajiit thief, in which I clear out a couple of loose ends before I have Faanshi run off to join the Dawnguard!

In Which Faanshi Quests Through Geirmund’s Hall
This was a short session, in which I only had time to run Geirmund’s Hall. Third piece of the Gauldur amulet achieved!

In Which Faanshi Helps the Blades and Meets a Dragon
Continuing action with the main game plot here, basically running straight from going into the Ratway to find Esbern, up through meeting Paarthurnax, and then going back to the mage college to ask Urag how to find the Elder Scroll.
With a side helping of, as always, dragon fighting!

In Which Faanshi Becomes Guildmaster and Raids the Thalmor Embassy
With this session of Faanshi’s, definitely a couple of the greatest hits of Skyrim: becoming Guildmaster of the Thieves Guild, and rampaging through the Thalmor Embassy! Which did turn out to be a rampage, because dremora.
This post is for play done on Saturday 6/25; the next one will be for Shenner’s play on Sunday 6/26.

In Which Faanshi Goes on a Crime Spree
Mostly, this session was all about running jobs to improve the reputation of the Thieves Guild! I re-established the Guild in both Whiterun and Markarth, got a couple of merchants willing to come sell to the Guild, and got a new fence recruited to move merchandise along.

In Which Faanshi Slays Mercer Frey and Returns the Skeleton Key
This session was all about the Thieves Guild action, with the final confrontation with Mercer Frey at Irkngthand, a couple more side jobs done for the Guild, and last but definitely not least, return of the Skeleton Key to the Twilight Sepulcher. And Faanshi’s becoming a full Agent of Nocturnal. \0/

In Which Faanshi Becomes a Nightingale
This session was all about revving up into my favorite parts of the Thieves Guild plotline: raiding Mercer Frey’s house, and then becoming a Nightingale! So now Faanshi has the Nightingale armor and the Nightingale Blade, as well as Chillrend. Also, I ran Folgunthur, and picked up the third of the aetherium shards at Mzulft.
