In which Kendeshel seeks the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller in Ustengrav; slays a bandit in Dragon Bridge, and a lot more bandits at Robber's Gorge; helps a Daedra dog reunite with his master, and acquires the Masque of Clavicus Vile; acquires the sword Dawnbreaker by clearing Meridia's temple of a necromancer; eliminates the Alik'r mercenaries threatening Saadia; and begins to aid the people of Falkreath.

Fic: Tense Negotiations
Hey you guys, I actually wrote some prose! Even though I have some very mixed feelings about how Project AHO's plotline ends, it actually rattled my brain hard enough that this scene fell out. I consider this my headcanon for how a certain critical part of the plot played out, even though the mod didn't actually let me do this. Enjoy.

An almost entirely spoiler-free review of the Skyrim mod Project AHO. Includes one spoiler about the core idea of the mod, but no story specifics, because I want that in here as a content warning for benefit of other players. I have very mixed feelings--I liked some aspects of the mod a lot, and other aspects not so much. Two and a half stars out of five.

Backpack Glitch in Legacy of the Dragonborn on Steam Deck
I discovered a glitch in my Legacy of the Dragonborn run re: putting Anniversary Edition backpacks on display in the Hall of Wonders. Legacy's team doesn't officially support the Steam Deck so I needed to investigate this on my own. Includes a workaround for Future Me and any other Steam Deck users who might want to do a Legacy run.

In which Kendeshel finds a fellow Redguard hiding out from assassins in Whiterun; acquires silver armor for her housecarl; puts ghosts to rest at a haunted farm; retrieves a lost sword; puts down a zombie uprising; frees a necromancer banished by her coven; visits the Greybeards and passes their initial trials; investigates Shroud Hearth Barrow; helps a Nord slay a necromancer in his family tomb, then recruits him as steward for her new farm; and slays some treacherous bandits for the Jarl of Falkreath.

In which Finds-The-Way retrieves the remaining lost instruments for the Bards College; cleans up a skooma problem and becomes thane in Riften; acquires Honeyside, Shadowfoot Sanctum, and housecarl Iona; robs Goldenglow Estate for the Thieves Guild; and helps a mage slay her mother before she can become a hagraven.

In which Elessir retrieves and returns instruments for the Bards College; discovers what slew a family in Frostflow Lighthouse, and another family at Goldenhills Plantation; quests into Mzulft in search of Synod researchers and the Staff of Magnus; retrieves the Staff from Labyrinthian, and slays the dragon priest Morokei; and saves the College of Winterhold by putting a stop to the plans of Ancano of the Thalmor.

In which Marwyth aids a vigilante called the Scarlet Judge in Suran, and breaks a conspiracy to force immigrants to Vvardenfell into slavery; thwarts a conspiracy to create fake ebony in Balmora; and learns that an Ashlander Ashkan believing himself the Nerevarine may be involved in the loss of divine energy ailing Vivec.
