In Which Finds-The-Way Becomes Arch-Mage, and Thane of Hjaalmarch and the Pale
Swinging back around to my ongoing Argonian playthrough in Skyrim! Main action here: becoming Arch-Mage at the College of Winterhold, running Runoff Caverns and getting its assorted quest rewards (including the Dwarven Horse), running Laid to Rest and becoming thane in Hjaalmarch, and killing some giants and helping some Dawnstar residents to become thane in the Pale as well.

In Which Harrowhark Becomes a Thief–and a Vampire
This was a huge eventful session, in which I did a great deal of things initially in an attempt to get Vilja killed off. But she kept doggedly holding her own in battle! So i finally punted to a backup plan, which resulted in the dismissal of all of Harrow’s followers–but also in her becoming infected with Sanguinare Vampiris, and fleeing her party’s company rather than risk endangering them. So now she’s run off to join the Thieves Guild in Riften…
But her disease has run its course. And now she’s a vampire.
This post is enormous, since a lot of things happened in it. You may want to grab a snack or a drink before you settle in with this one!

In Which Faanshi Joins the Bards College
Busy session! This one was all about running Dead Men’s Respite and bringing King Olaf’s verse back to the Bard’s College, and accomplishing the first of the “go get an instrument” quests. With a side helping of starting the museum quest in Dawnstar, taking out a bandit chief at Broken Helm Hollow, and coming to the attention of Brynjolf in Riften!

In Which Ysani Saves a Moth Priest and Returns to Castle Volkihar
Moved the Dawnguard plot further along in this one, by saving Dexion Evicus, recovering a schematic for Sorine, and then returning with Serana to Castle Volkihar in search of her mother.
With a hefty side helping of surprise mercy to some Thalmor who don’t know how close they came to getting stabbed by pissed off dremora. 😉

In Which Delga Does More General Adventuring
Another fairly low-key session, since although this was a Friday night session, I had to get up in the morning to go to chiro, and couldn’t stay up until stupid-o’clock playing Skyrim!
So mostly, this was just wandering around doing training, crafting, and general adventuring, accompanied by housecarl Calder!

In Which Delga Goes Wandering
This was a short-ish session, being a Sunday night run, so I didn’t have much time to explore anywhere in depth. So my main intention was to get the third aetherium shard, and other than that? Just wander around and see what adventure I could come across!

In Which Delga Becomes Thane of Haafingar
This session saw the conclusion of the Potema plot, and my officially becoming one of Elisif’s thanes in Solitude! With a side helping of battling necromancers at Fort Snowhawk.

In Which Merawen Gets Final Restoration Training
Yet another “general adventuring and crafting” type session, but featuring doing the Restoration Ritual Quest, and doing quite a bit of treasure hunting.

Twitter thread from 5/8/2021, in which Alarrah investigates a Redguard in hiding, goes on a roadtrip to Morthal, kills quite a few bandits, and discovers a vampire problem in Morthal.

1. Safely back in Whiterun, discovered that BOY HOWDY do I not have enough gold yet to buy a house. Time to do some more quests!
11:39 AM · May 8, 20212. Went over to the inn to rent a room, and on the way in there, saw a Redguard woman. Remembering I’d been approached by mercenaries looking for a Redguard woman, I went “hey did you know there are mercenaries looking for a Redguard woman?” at her.
11:40 AM · May 8, 2021She flipped the FUCK out about this and asked to talk to me in private. When I went after her, she drew a knife on me and demanded to know who’d sent me. I was all WHOA HEY LADY CALM DOWN don’t make me let Lydia here kill you.
11:40 AM · May 8, 2021So she very, very grudgingly asked me for help, by which I mean “go get the mercenaries off her case.” So yet someone else involving me in their drama, joy oh glee. 😉
11:41 AM · May 8, 20213. However, I also have this whole “go get the Horn for the Greybeards” thing I need to do. So deciding that Redguard women had to wait, I hit the road with Lyds to try to figure out how to go get the horn.
11:41 AM · May 8, 20214. First attempt to hit the road actually had us spot ANOTHER FUCKING DRAGON so we pulled swords and started running back to Whiterun to see if we needed to get help. Dragon flew off, so we carefully and I do mean CAREFULLY got back on the road.

6. Random encounter #2: somebody having a big ol’ party time asked us to stop and enjoy mead with them, I elected not to because that had “get drunk with us so we can totally rob you” written all over it
11:43 AM · May 8, 20217. Random encounters #3, #4, and #5: Bandits in at least three different places, I think? We cleared out a couple of tower-type strongholds and also got jumped by bandits on the road. Lyds, bless her heart, ran ahead of me several times and let fly with her bow.

11:51 AM · May 8, 202114. FINALLY made it into Morthal. Stopped in to pay respects to the Jarl and oh hey this place has a woman for a Jarl, awesome.
11:51 AM · May 8, 2021And there’s a woman running a thaumaturgist’s hut, who was perfectly happy to train me up some in alchemy and let me experiment with potions on her lab table. Sold her a bunch of potions as well and promised I’d bring her a copy of this book she wants if I find one
